At the moment the journey is not initiated until a manual sync is made between Donorfy and Mailchimp (unless the contact is already in Mailchimp - then a trigger can be used). This is not ideal for welcome journeys for new supporters.</content>

At the moment, if there are 3 Send to Donorfy emails on the same day, the most recent one is the last one listed for that day it this is often confusing. &#13;

I would really like to be able to pick which tags display in the export rather than them all being displayed in one column. &#13;

If it isn't possible to filter which tags are displayed in the export, perhaps tags could be displayed in separate columns on the export spreadsheet so it is easy to delete less important information and keep the columns with the required information.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Now that Donorfy has an Access/Evo navigation bar at the top of the window, the Donorfy navigation bar (including the search, add, recent and manage facilities) scrolls with the page. Meaning each time, the user has to scroll back to the top of the page to click on them. However, the Access search bar remains visible but does not search Donorfy, which is also confusing and frustrating.&#13;

I'm suggesting that the Donorfy navigation bar is also frozen, as it was before, and that there is an option to hide the Access/Evo navigation bar.</content>

Please can they be added to Constituents?

You would need to be able to define them per Constituent Type.

A situation where this would help seems to come up every time we do an implementation.

For example:

Schools - date of last Ofsted, number of pupils
Individuals - lots of date examples
Companies - VAT Number, Company Number, turnover
We've tried using Tags and Activities for these, but it doesn't really work, as they're not visible enough.</content>

You can create a connection type called main contact, but you can have multiple connections with this type (defeating the point of 'main'). The good thing about the Main Contact feature is that is limits the from/to to Organisation/Individual record types, whereas the connection does not. Therefore, it would be helpful to be able to pull a List of Main Contacts.</content>

This could be improved by enabling default setting allocation (campaign/product) for each fundraising page, as opposed to only being able to edit the default settings for Justgiving as a whole. Additionally, being able to edit transaction details via the soft credited profile would also be improve the ability to track of donations for specific campaigns</content>

    <content type="text/plain">At present if for any reason there is a delay in changing the stage of a bid (e.g. 'submitted' to 'successful'), there isn't any way of changing the 'successful' date to the date the decision was received - it would be useful to be able to manually update this if e.g. something has been overlooked, or picked up late if someone was out of office (in the same way it is already possible to select an earlier date for timeline activities rather than having to use the date the activity is logged).</content>

    <content type="text/plain">our organistion is working on reporting, and we would like to sotre many campaign targets in the campaign section of Donorfy, but there is very few fields dedicated to this. I feel Campaign KPI's needs to have its own tab in Campaigns and have a similar set up to Expenses. This would really help us enhance our reporting on power bi, as with Donorfy too much of the reporting needs workarounds due to the lack of available fields and ability to create your own text box drop downs to customise information captured - especially in campaigns</content>

    <content type="text/plain">When you download a List, you can choose the option to 'Combine people at the same address into one row in the download file' - see screenshot. This option is currently not available when downloading campaign segments, where it would be most useful as this is how we create and download data for mailings.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">For every list pulled, have a selection box along the left hand side - or ability to add into columns. This way users can select constituents, transactions and so on, or select all and unselect a few, and add activities to timelines, archive constituents and add tags/activities. Would be lots quicker than pulling lists and then reuploading specific actions to populate timelines/profiles and so forth. It would probably half the time I spend exporting lists, and also going through accounts manually!</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Currently when constituents get merged, the ConstituentDateAdded field often does not reflect when the original constituent was added (if the source constituent picked is the newer record). It would be more useful if the older date was picked when the merge happens.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">Allow an activity to be posted on time line when transaction allocation list is created. we use this list to create an annual tax letter for our supporters which is e-mailed / posted and a record of when this was sent would be useful for seeing engagement. Currently we take the list and then file upload through Activities tab to add the details.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">It's a real pain when you're having a grant application day to have to keep switching between the opportunity information and the constituent information to read the prospect notes. Or you have to copy and paste everything everywhere.&#13;
If the notes you enter in the solicitation plan (when doing research) were automatically carried over to the Research notes, it would speed things up immensely.&#13;

    <content type="text/plain">For one of our recent payments using a Donorfy form, we noticed that the Stripe transaction description is pulling in a “PI” number. Unfortunately, this number isn’t helpful for reconciliation for our finance team. Ideally, we’d like this field to include more meaningful information, such as the form name or an account code, which would make reconciliation significantly easier on our end.&#13;

Stripe support suggested  that the current API implementation is not mapping any data to the description field - and that this would solve our issue, but needs to be updated Donorfy end. &#13;
Please can more meaningful information be mapped into this field. Stripe support have offered to talk though this with you if needed.</content>
