  There is very often inbound and outbound correspondence associated with a transaction and it should most obviously be attachable directly.

  This would be so useful. I currently have to make a second activity (email inbound or letter inbound) to attach the grant letter to a constituent which is an extra unnecessary step - it would be so much easier to have the letter attached to the transaction. Its also annoying if there are multiple activities on the given day, which often happens with trusts, as then the inbound letter/email related to the transaction isn't even displayed right next to the transaction on the timeline.

  When money is received it often comes with a covering letter, or form from a newsletter. It would be useful to be able to upload this document to support the transaction

  It would be helpful to be able to drag and drop scans of donation form or donation details onto transaction rather than having to create a separate activity to do this.

  I would like to be able to upload a file to a transaction. It might sound old school, but for example a copy of a cheque, CAF voucher etc.

  It would be very useful to be able to add documents to transactions, for example if we receive a cheque in the post we would like to keep a record of the letter that accompanied it.
