3 address lines for a constituent

  We also don't require a separate House/Building name field but instead 3 separate address lines and - importantly - for these not to be concatenated in letter templates.

  This is what we're planning to do:
  There are already enough address lines - so we'll re-label them to:
  Line 1 (Gaston Cottage)
  Line 2 (Gaston Lane)
  Line 3 (South Warnborough)
  Town / City (Hook)
  County / State (Hampshire)
  Postal code (RG29 1RH)
  
  Another example, with a shorter name/number
  Line 1 - 123 High St
  Line 2 - blank
  Line 3 - blank
  Town / City - Brighton
  County / State - East Sussex
  
  The address search will populate the address as above depending on length of house name/no being 5 or more

  Hello - in 2019 it said you were planning to implement this, we still have these as the top two, we just need line 1, line 2 etc.
  House / Building Name
  Street / Road Name
  Etc.
