Email alert for trigger log failure

Send an email to an administrator when a trigger is failing, at a certain custom threshold. e.g. if a trigger fails (e.g. three) times in a row, email an admin with the trigger log failure message.
This would mean if there is a problem that needs fixing, an admin would be alerted. It means the admin doesn't need to regularly manually check the trigger logs.

<Hidden>yes please - there are tasks that need to be done regularly to ensure integration's and triggers are still working. A guide on this would be really helpful, then we can set reminders for ourselves or through D
