Include 'Funding Locations' and 'Funding Preferences' as options for Constituent List filtering

As 'Funding Deadline Months' is an existing option, it would be good to have these other prospect research fields available for filtering to build tailored lists for planning approaches

<Hidden>This is something we are desperate for and would really help us with streamlining our prospecting process within Donorfy. We are getting to the stage where a considering creating a tag category for this as at least that would be searchable.
