Recruitment Campaign on merged record to be the oldest

When merging two records, the recruitment campaign is currently unchanged from the record you choose to Keep. This needs to be changed to make it a constant, ie the oldest record's recruitment campaign is automatically kept. This is needed to report what your donors went on to do next.
