Add Refund button to Transactions

At the moment, we are having to manually refund offline transactions by creating a new transaction, entering a negative amount and then entering all the same details. It would save some much time if there was just a 'refund' button on the transactions that created a duplicate of the transaction with a negative amount, meaning all you'd have to do is change the date.

<Hidden>I agree, however we would need to have additional access permissions to stop all users the ability to action this.

<Hidden>I agree, a 'refund' button would be much easier and quicker. The button would automatically reverse donation transaction as well as gift aid if it was originally created.
