Ability to change the salutation default globally

How about the ability to change the salutation default globally to be eg Mr Bloggs rather than Joe? I'd prefer to avoid overwriting every single one.

This would be really helpful. I would like our default settings to read 'salutation: Dear' 'label name: First Name'. Changing mannually is inefficient but also new donors through Donation Forms are not addressed as we would like.

This would be a big help. Most of our DM supporters are older, so we have a more formal writing style.
