Include "Payment: Starting" as a selectable field when creating an RPI list

This will allow reports on historical RPIs to be made according to the correct start date, rather than the default "DateAdded" (date uploaded to Donorfy for any historical transactions). Currently, the required field can be found on a constituent timeline, under "Transaction>>Payment", but is not displayed as an option when creating a list, making reporting on RPIs across several years very difficult.

<Hidden>I was going to request this too. It's a real pain not being able to select it for lists and causes us various problems.

<Hidden>I was about to put in a request for this as well, it will help in building relevant dashboard and DD analysis. This is very important.
