Placeholders in email subject line

Donorfy allows us to use a range of placeholders in the body of acknowledgement emails – this is really great!
We’d really like to use the `{FirstName}` placeholder in the subject line of acknowledgement emails. I.e. "Thank you, {FirstName}". Currently, placeholders in the subject line are not available.
