Simplify process for forms data to be sent in an email

Currently to get form data sent to a staff member via email, we have to set up the form, then set up a list, then set up a trigger with lots of placeholders. It's a laborious process. I expect it's very common that people want to send the data input into forms to a staff member via email, so there should be a default option within the forms builder where you just input the staff member's email address and all the entered info gets emailed to them. Without having to use lists and triggers.
