Ability to manually mark donations as Acknowledged with date

At the moment, Acknowledged On dates only appear if the transaction is marked as Acknowledged via a trigger. It would be great if this was always on a transaction and could be manually added rather than added via a trigger. This is particularly useful for those "special" transactions that get acknowledged outside of any of the templates.
